Flash on DVD

I want to be putting a Flash animation of mine on a DVD. However, all the Flash to Video converters I have tried have awful picture quality and often get out of sync (Flash to Video Encoder, Magic Swf2Avi). Searching this forum did not help, as all I got were results for Flash to Video Encoder, which has low video quality. I also need it to convert to a format compatible with Apple DVD Studio Pro. I have both Mac and Windows.

Anyone know what I should do?

Export the movie as an AVI in flash 8 then use a AVI to VOB converter.

I have been using geovid`s Flash Encoder with the right codecs and i never have any sync problems. did you mention audio and video settings???
