I know how to make this menu,but i dont know how to make it open a new window (like the _blank function)

if u want to have like the 4 different independant scrolling boxes then what ur looking for is frames, which is just html tags..... if ur looking to learn them then this isnt exactly the place but lucky for u im a newbie with html as well as actionscript so i know where to find all the tutorials...so if that what ur looking for then goto http://sharkysoft.com/tutorials/frames/contents.htm and do the tutorial
