How do I create a forum page in Flash

Greetings everyone;
I am new to this site and I have a question.
I have a client who wants a page on his site as a forum page. what I want to know is how to go about building him one.
Can I do it in Flash or is there another program that might be esier.

i think u should just spend some money and get vBulletin.

just looked it up - phpBB does exactly the same thing and is free and nice looking. download here http://www.phpbb.com/downloads/

making it urself and in flash would take a while
