Hello-

I've done a few flash sites...and still have too much to learn. I launched a site today and hope to get your feedback. Its clothing for a couture boutique in Laguna Beach, CA. Share w/ me all the good stuff, bad stuff. I'm sure there's bugs. Always are, right? Commerce is ready, but won't go live till July '07.

Thanks everyone.

great looking site!

i like the menu and looks of each "slide-in window".

a couple of things though-

in the store section, the pop-up descriptions in black - they don't perform consistantly on a roll out ( not sure if you care ?). But if you rollover all of them quickly, some stay up, some go down.

I'm on a satellite connection, (about 2 x dial up), and some of the motions were choppy.

Overall looks great! Nice layout.

check out my site, the thread is

I could use some help on improving the look.

Re. the stuck rollovers...I saw they were a problem...the site is completely CMS driven. I used the Rewind Class from Brendan Dawes. I have to use "setInterval" to check whether the mouse is hovering...cause that rewind class doesn't always fire.

i'm also not totally happy w/ the scrolling back and forth of the initial homepage. its def. bmp heavy. i wonder if bitmapCaching will help. Never used it before. I'm not replicating the bmp...so i wonder...

i'm learning alot...but there's still lotsa tweaking.

Thanks for the feedback. Keep it coming...good/bad/ugly. :)

the flash movie seems to go kinda slow - like jerking. Change the frames per second to something higher
