Streaming Video Breaking Up

Hi,

I was looking for some video preloader if there is any but somehow i have no luck. My streaming video and its audio are breaking up once i uploaded it on my server. Ive tried putting some heavy file in it, but i think cheating it is not the solution. Is there a way that this can be resolved?

Is it only breaking up on the initial playing, that is until it's cached?

Are you on a slow connection?

Are you using a component player?
