Flash stopped working in IE 7

After a recent Windows update Flash has stopped working in IE 7 on XP on my pc, I'm just getting a white area where the Flash movie should be and a 'Movie not loaded...' menu option.

Anyone else seeing this or have heard of a fix for this?

The usual install the latest versions of Flash and IE made no difference.

This could have been related to installing Flash 9 Alpha IDE. I've installed Flash CS3 and IE 7's working fine now.
