Exporting Flash 5 to QuickTime

Hi All! NEED HELP FAST... PLEASE

What is the best way to export a FLASH5 (*.fla) file to a QuickTime file (*.mov)? I tried, but I got some error...

"the required QuickTime component could not be found"

Hi,

The error I was getting was because the QuickTIme codec was not installed. I installed QuickTime and was able to export the movie.
