software/tutorials for Flash header?

I'm pretty new to Flash and I was wondering if there are some good tutorials out there for making a Flash header or something kinda like Swish where I could use images with built in animations.

I just want to try making a animation with a football player and I don't really know where to start for some good effects to use to make a good looking header.

Any ideas?

If you mean Flash banner, then there are example .flas in your Flash application folder...

Something like...

C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Flash 8\Samples and Tutorials\Tutorial Assets\Basic Tasks\FlashBanner...

yeah, I was looking for something like a component that would let me spice up some static images with some built-in effects....anything like that around?
