how to load a video?

well i don't know anything about this subject and today I need to put just one video into one page.
So it's posible to load some mpg and then buffer this video?
first of all i want to know how is the mothod to load videos...

You can only load either swf or flv into flash. you can not load avi,mpeg,mov directly into flash.
So what you need to do is convert your video to flv.

ok and thanks paul... now i'm converting the file into FLV. So in a few minutes this will be done.

so then when tvideo is converted how is the constucction or method to load the FLV (loadClip?????)

I have no idea about the errors your getting.

What i can tell you is use the flvPlayback component to load your flv. Checkt the flash doc's for example code. It pretty easy to get the flv up and running.
