Preloading FLA Playback

Hey everyone I need help bad! I have been surfing the internet looking for a way to preload the FLA playback component that I am loading and external .fla file into. I need to video to be loaded before it plays so it will play w/out interruption. I have been getting code here and there from people but nothing is actualy working. Could anyone help me or point me in the direction of a good thorough tutorial? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are you using? The FLVPlayback component?
