I am given 30 seperate scenes of a 90 second animation. I need to put all the swf's together as one swf. I hear a lot of people say using scenes are untrustworthy, although i have had no problem with them yet, and it is much quicker then putting each scene into its own folder on the maintimeline manually.[though i have yet to add sound...]
So i have been copying frames from scene1.fla into the fullmovie.fla scene 1 and so on. Many scenes feature the same characters, with the same mc names, meaning that they reference the animations from the first scene that mc occurs on.
the thing is, it would be unpractical to go through and rename any double-occuring mc's before i paste in my frames into a new scene in the main fla.
what is the suggested route to stitch this animation together? is there a way to dynamically rename all the objects in a movie so i can bring in new scenes with the same objects?
