Handlers

In Director I can put a script together under a handler and call it anytime within another script from anywhere in the movie.

Is there a way to do this in Flash?

Sure ! U can use the call() function to call a framescript.
Or u could place a script in a mc, and target that mc.
Or u could write custom functions and then execute those.
