Hello people,
I have been working with Flash for some time (something like 2 years), but now I got stalled on a big problem!
I am working on a "media player" for a pocket movies portal. It is one of the requirements that the video content can't end up on places like Youtube, eMule, etc.
How can I grant that people won't distribute the content in such an inappropriate way if Flash doesn't implements DRM?

Sadly, you can't. You'll need to wait for the new flash video that does support DRM.

Well,
What about getting the video loading information from session and after executing the video cleaning up that information, so it won't be playable again without refreshing the page at all?
I know it won't solve my problem for all. But I think it can turn life hard for someone that will try to rob my videos.

Howdy and Welcome... :)
Not to discourage your on this, but there are million ways to steal somebody elses property on the Net and I don't know if your time is really worth to try to find the solution for it... M$ was not really successful either...

Yeah, if someone has a network sniffer they will see where you FLV files are coming from, regardless of how you try and obfuscate that.
If you want to "protect" them, I think they best way is with a watermark. Then no matter where they play, everyone will always see your watermark.

No, the best way is not to put online or any other medium... Just lock'em up into the bank safe box... :p

Oh thank you dudes for your words.
But I am really a hardhead and my client is paying for an online video library, so I have to make it. ;)
Could somebody tell how can I get some php, asp, or java session information via flash?
