true fullscreen window

Hey guys

I know this isnt truely a Flash question but I have seen this done within a Flash file and its the only instance I have seen where it actually works in IE.

I'm trying to open a true fullscreen window...see here:

http://www.neteye.de/

The window opens in kiosk mode with no status bar, title bar, no toolbars.

Does anyone know how this can be done?
