Adobe Certifications

Are they worth it? Are employers actually accepting these? For any adobe application, not just flash.

I think it is fairly subjective one... If I am hiring somebody and I have two candidates with the same levele, one with the certificate and one without it... I'll probably hire one with the certificate... But if one person shows me better case, for example a good portfolio, I'd choose that person regardless of the certificate...

FYI, I've got a couple of them and I've got them for my own amusement, nothing else... ;)
