FLV Batch processing

Is there anything else available besides Sorenseon Squeeze that does batch processing to FLV's? I've found that the output is dirty compared to exporting directly from QT or After Effects.

I had excellent output with the Sorenson Squeeze... Maybe you need to fiddle with the settings???
