possible to remove window borders?

Hello mates,

i would like to know if it is at all possible to remove the OS window borders, style or replace them entirely with custom made graphics.

Any clue on this ?

Yep, it can be done! Seen lots of flash ads with it. Only way I know how is with external software such as Flash Jester's Jugglor (http://www.flashjester.com/index.php?section=tricks_jugglor2).
