flash cs3 install ?

I downloaded the trial version of Flash CS3 and before I install it I wanted to know if there is any danger of this thing screwing up my current install of Flash MX 2004 Professional?

I have googled several time looking for know issues and I have run across several threads about known issues, but I did not see anything specific to Flash MX 2004P.

Anybody have any insights or suggestions?

I had Flash 8 and installed Flash CS3 and didn't have any problems going back and forth between the two. I'd imagine that a version further away from CS3 would be left alone as well.
