Video and Audio losing sync

So, I have a 6 minute video (audio imbedded SWF) that starts off all nice and synced, but as time progresses, the audio starts to get unsynchronized. Is there any trick that I can do to keep synchronous?

Any help and insight would be super awesome! This guy's a goofball here -->:p

p.s.I have it as an imbedded SWF so I can jump to different sections of the video.
