Publishing size

How do I go about publishing the movie so that it will come up a certain size, not contain the IE or Netscape toolbars and not allow for the window to be maximized? I see this a lot with the Intro. pages on sites. Any help is greatly appreciated, I have been working through the options on the publish settings and can't seem to get it. Thanks

Thanks, I was even thinking in Javascript mode. I was thinking it had something to do with the Publishing settings in Flash. The project is now "hassle free".
