importing html text to screen

No wait, i have a new more challenging problem now. i decided to give up on importing html, now im going to use xml...

i need it to read XML data from a file possibly via HTTP.... any ideas? i don't want it to import the XML file, i just need to read it. im going to run an asp script that spits the results as xml.

god i am starting to confuse my self!
