Designing interface

Hi

Can someone help me design this interface.

I have this file uploading example that I am using.

I want to use this example to upload my image to the webserver( which I am able to do using this example just fine).

I also want this image to be loaded into my flash movie which is on the same html page. Here is the example of this movie.

So , can someone please help me design a html page which has a browse option( like in the first example) and a movie like second example. With browse button I can select the image from disk and upload it to the webserver and to the movie which is on this html page.

I would be grateful for this help.
