Sr. Java Developer
The Senior Flash Developer will lead our Flash technology development, create new architectures and websites, update existing websites, and solidify our Flash development standards. You will also provide technical leadership and oversight for all of our Flash-based initiatives. You should excel in all areas of Flash, as well as other areas of web development including: HTML, DHTML, CSS, and AJAX. Experience with Flex is a big bonus.
Ideal candidates will have experience driving technology-wide Flash architectures and platform decisions providing technical architecture oversight. Ideal candidates should have proven experience in delivering projects successfully and on time with little oversight required. Ideal candidates must have exceptional technical skills, proven people and team management skills and communication skills.
Required skills:
-- Advanced level AS2 coding skills combined with a great eye for animation
-- Ability to bridge applications via stored procedures, XML or direct database calls to Flash front-end components
-- Expert experience in building dynamic, interactive web applications with object-oriented AS2 coding in Flash
-- Ability to work well with others under minimal supervision
-- Must be very detail oriented and able to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
Bonus skills:
-- General understanding of usability
-- Experience with PHP/Flash integration
-- Experience with Flex
