Editing cue points in an FLV

Is it possible to edit the cue points in an FLV? Or do I need to re-create the FLV if I need to change anything?

Well it doesn't explicitly say I can't, but neither does it say how it is done.

So I guess I'll assume it's impossible, otherwise I could find some info on how to do it.
