[AS3] Custom Cells in Datagrid.. Examples please.

Hi,
I am having problems getting custom cells in a datagrid going.

This is quite easy in FLEX but in FlashCS3, I am hitting my head against the wall.

I have been battleing with ICellRenderer. Looking at the limited and confusing example fro Adobe. And been searching for more simpler examples on the web with no satisfaction...

I was wondering if anyone could point me at a working example.

I simply want to have a Cell contain a small Flash Movie what used some data in the datagrid item to render specific look for the cell.

Ie like you can do it flex.
