scrollable buttons?

Can anyone tell me how you would make a scrollable list of buttons? I need the scrollbar to scroll down but also have animations on the buttons. The only things I have able to find are dynamic text scrollers. Any help would be appreciated.

Use the scrollpane component, or some custom movie clip scroller, as the one found in post#8 of this thread...
