Scrollpane tut

Im looking for a tutorial to build a custom scrollpane. I can only find ones that have an up and down button to scroll the contents but Im wanting to create one that uses only a scrubber handle to scroll the content up and down.

Anyone know of any examples or tutorials?

Cheers for that link but Id prefer a tutorial. I still had a look at the finished fla and the file was a bit of a mess. Certainly not built well.
