Flash Developer for simple presentations

I represent a startup company that is building a website that will launch very soon. We are looking for a developer to do a few very simple and brief projects. Should not take very long for experienced developers.

We have some older flash that we previously had built and needs updating (some text changes only). In addition, we have a few other context presentations that we would love to animate/create flash for.

Our company is looking for someone who may be interested in doing the quick jobs in exchange for some ownership in the company.

The company is rather exciting and I could tell you more about it if you sign a non-disclosure agreement.
