Hey... ;)
I've fixed a couple of code tags and it looks good now...
The two images for Figure 1-1 and Figure 1-2 are not really readable, so I had to make them 100% in width/height... I forgot what was the maximum width we can go within the CMS though... Hopefully it won't cause trouble... But I am sure Jesse can fix it simply if needed...

To stop large images breaking the page formatting you can put them within a DIV whose class is 'codex'. That's the same class we use for code blocks.
I did it on the first page as an example: http://www.actionscript.org/resources/articles/636/1/Getting-Started-With-AS3-and-Flash-CS3/Page1.html . We haven't used this much so I'd welcome feeback on how it looks. Personally I think it's OK.
