flv playback glitch

I'm using the flv playback features to show my multimedia work on my portfolio website. I'm having a problem with each movie, they work/download/stream fine, But when I click the link to go to another movie before the first one finishes the little arrow stays where it was at, and another one pops up at the begining for the next movie. This keeps happening for each movie, so it can collect a mess of arrows down there.

the movies are under PORTFOLIO>MULTIMEDIA. It's all the movies there.

I'm pretty close to done with this site and this is my last glitch so any help would be awesome.
