scrolling text AND pic´s

hi,
could somebody tell me how to create a scrolling text in which i´m able to put in a picture (or two)?
PLEASE HELP !!!!

I´ve trying it on my own the last six hours and now i´m near a nervous breakdown.

any kind of help will be appreciated
