click button to pop-up an outlook to send mail

Hi all,

i got an email botton on the index front page, i need to click that button, to pop-up an outlook for send a mail to "mmmm@mmm.com".

But i use this code are not function:
on (release) {
getURL("mailto:who@what.xxx");
}

anybody can help....pls help...
