mail form from flash to asp

We have asp setup on our servers in work and now my little flash puzzle is complete i need to post some variables to an asp page in order for the winners details to be passed onto us via email.
Basically i need a FLASH > ASP mailform.
Anyone got one or can help?

OK those tutorials seem well out of date.
When i said ASP i meant .NET latest stuff.
I dont think CDONTS etc.. are still supported.
Any NEW asp .net mail form about??
Or would it be easier to write it to a txt file?
