Input Text

I'm doing a demo tutorial and I want to the user to be able to type in information for demo purposes. Unfortunately I have forgotten how to do input text.

I am drawing a text box and and choosing input text and giving it a label, but when I publish, it won't work. Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

What part of the input text isn't working? Do you have actionscript that uses the input text?
