Program that searches inside flash?

Hello,
I'm looking for a program or plugin that searches for a specific term inside flash or at leat inside AS files.
I have big applictions with alot of keyframes and AS files and sometimes I want to find a specific variable or funtion and it's pain in the ass to start looking through all the keyframes and AS files...

Please help.

I don't know of any third party tool, but there is one that's built into the Flash IDE...
