View states in design view

hello all. i am very new to flex and i have come upon a problem.

i added some code into my application and then when i went back to my design view i am unable to see any of my states except for my base state.

anyone know why this happens?

nevermind they showed up now. but i am still not sure why i could not see them for about 20 minutes.

If it happens again, try hitting the design view Refresh button. I've found that will often fix it, but it won't always work, though. I think Adobe may still have a few bugs to track down on it.

thanks i will give that a try next time.

it always seems to happen when i add something with code rather than with the design part.
