Got a great challenge this time as well - if you go to
http://www.enhancedwireless.net/Technology/patentPortfolio.shtml
and rollover the "71 Countries" you'll get a little swf of a spinning globe and text...works great on most browsers...BUT only on IE 7, you'll notice the entire page "flashes" for one second when you rollover this same swf file. Why and what is the fix? I've asked various forums for the past 5 months and no one seems to know of a fix.
