Imported FLV is smaller (dimensions) than original quicktime

I'm having a strange issue where I have a quicktime movie that is 445 px X 250 px and when I import it into flash and produce the FLV file, it comes out as 342 px X 193 px. I can't figure out why it might be shrinking once I import it into flash. Any ideas?

make sure your settings are right when importing. There are a bunch of options. That's all i can think of. If you quality is set to medium or high, giving it new height and width in your properties inspector wont hurt it.
