Flex Developer Needed

I am looking for a developer to step in and take the place of my old developer. He has run into personal issues and is no longer able to continue the project he has been working on for the last couple weeks. I have all the source files and a detailed description of what I need accomplished. The preferred skill set of the developer would be

- Flex
- AS 3.0
- MySQL / PHP
- XML
