If you enter the game and go into "Building Supply" destination, and go into the game, how do I make revolving images like those?

is it masking or something with 3D?

its a simple import from Swift 3D.

Is there not another way to do it? I'm doing it in a professional capacity so I'm not sure if I'll be allowed to use imports and stuff

what's a "professional capacity"? sometimes you have to use multiple tools.
