Duplicate Movie Clips slows down publishing

I have a Flash project where I have duplicated a Movie Clip many times over and I've expirenced this before when it comes time to test and publish it times a very long time to process! Why is this? Is there something I can do?

How many objects are we talking about??? What sorts of actions does a movieClip perform???

They just send text to text boxes! I had another Flash project where I duplicated a Movie Clip many times over and it took very long time to preview and publish!

Well... What you have describe does not have anything that could cause any problem...
See if you can create a sample file and check to see if you still see the problem... If you do, upload the sample so that we can check as well... ;)

Why don't you do this start up a new flash project create a movie clip and dulplicate it 30 times over and try previewing it and publishing it and tell me if it takes a very long time!

I don't see that happening when I test it...
