I have 2 questions regarding a site that I have created.

I need the user when refreshing the page through their browser to be kept at
the current scene and not reload the entire movie. Not sure how to sccomplish this.
I also have a problem where some users can scroll with their browser using the mouse wheel and others can not. I use firefox on a MAC and have no prob.
some IE users have problems. Any help..?
