Keyboard movement?

Hey, I have a movie clip that I want to be able to move across the stage using the arrow keys. I tried looking in the flash help, but I couldn't understand the syntax. I just need it to continue moving while the key is pressed, and stop moving when it is released.

So... yeah. I need to know what function to use.
