scroll space with no buttons...

Hi everyone... I have seen many "button based" scroll screens, where you click on n arrow, for example, and it displays the rest of the containt... but what I need to create is a new one which does not contain any button, it just scrolls left or right on detecting mouse movement... how do I do it ? thanks in advance !
