Scripts to Control Transition and Audio

Sorry if this has been asked before - I searched but can't find what I'm looking for. I think what I need is two sripts:

I'm creating a class in Flash, and I want to audience to have control over the speed of the class. So...

I need a script that will load an external audio file, play that file and stop at the next key frame.

I've created a "next button" - I want the next button move to the next key frame and start the process over again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
