where do people get those awesome music and effects?

Hi guys. I am a beginner( as some of you might know out of my button questions) and have finally managed to create a template!(It has a nifty slide show and buttons work!) . Now , i was wondering where most of you guys get sound effects and background music that goes into making flash templates.
