Sites that have a text to speech engine

Hello,

A little time ago I found a web site that had a running demo of a great TTS engine. That site had an animated avatar (such as the ones in sitepal.com, but that's not the site I found), a combo box in order to select the language and a text box to enter the text to be spoken.

Unfortunately I can't remember the URL, and I'm hoping that someone here knows a website like the one I described.

Can you suggest any URL's?

Thank you for your reply. No, it wasn't that site... the characters had more of a drawn look rather that photorealistic, just as if it was a vectorized picture.
