UI Components for AS only project?

I just found out that I'm unable (at least without some hacking involved) to use mx.controls in a AS3 only project.

Anyone know if there are UI Components that work on AS3 only proyects? I came across asWing but I'm having trouble integrating just a combobox in my project.

I was able to use Flash CS3 componentes Flex thanks to the moock http://www.moock.org/blog/archives/000253.html

Just had to update my flexbuilder version, great
