Dynamic scrollbars

Hello everyone I am new to as3.0.I am facing a problem right now i have created a project in as2.0 which includes xml .I am fetching data from xml than generating duplicate movieclips according to xml .See music player

But there is a problem as the client wants it in as3.0.I have to manage all the thing except the scrollbars .Not got any solution for long.Pleez help me out of this as the client is still waiting for my reply
