Desperate, please help

In Flash 8 when using an lpsflagenerator, after it asks me for the build and animation list the png files do not show up on the stage, and the exported flash movie is blank. All I see is a box opening up in the upper left hand corner of the screen over and over again with the png file name at the top of the box as the program runs through the files. How do I fix this?
